If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply call our customer services department as soon as you have received your goods and explain that you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
No refund will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless product is faulty. Returns can only be honored if the product(s) in returned intact.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING A PRODUCT AND ASK FOR A “CUSTOMER RETURNS FORM”. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORISATION FROM ONE OF OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to settle within your bank account before contacting us.

All orders for items that are in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3-5 days. We deliver goods worldwide which can take 3 to 7 working days. The approximate time of shipment is checked individually on request.
